I wish I was BRAVE enough to...

Today I am linking up with my bloggy-friend, Jenni, over at Flying on a Rainbow
1. Perform Public Speaking (to large groups). I have so much that I wish to share with groups and that I would like to advocate for but I don't have it in me to get up in front of a large group and speak. Everything inside of me locks up and I just FREAK OUT. I literally panic.
2. Ride roller coaster and rides. I don't like heights and these things scare the crud out of me. I wish that I liked them so that I could go fun places like Cedar Point with friends and actually enjoy it there but alas, I am a wimp.
3. Dance like noone was watching. I love to dance and when I drink I do a LOT of it but truth be told I still, usually, am conscious that people are watching. I think now that I am much more comfortable in my own skin this may not be something that matters to me though.
4. Move far away. My husband has wanted to before (for work) and I was never willing to. I was too afraid to leave the people and things that I knew. I see other people do it and I think it is brave. Although now with my new job I am not going anywhere! =)
5. Sing to Foster. I know you probably think this sounds ridiculous but I don't sing to my little guy because I am just not a good singer (unless there is music on and I am singing along). I don't wanna make him listen to me try and sing acapella, haha!

  1. Public speaking - good call! Standing up in front of a load of people TERRIFIES me! Even if I know that I know my stuff, having them watching my every move makes me so nervous that everything falls out of my head. I also hate singing to babies, even though I used to do it every single day as part of my job. Since I changed career I don't think I've done it once!

I'm so glad my post inspired you to make your own list :-D

  2. Public speaking is the absolute worst! I'm getting anxiety even thinking about it. But I do love roller coasters and thrill rides. :-)
