Pink Heels Pink Truck

1. What are you reading? Tell us about it.
I am actually reading 2 books right now. This is not typical for me but I STRUGGLING with one of the books, it just isn't making me excited to pick up my kindle. The book I am struggling with is Dark Places by Gillian Flynn. The other book that I am readying is Girl, Undressed (A memoir) by Ruth Fowler.

2. Library or Bookstore?
Split answer! Girl, Undressed is from the bookstore but I bought it a long time ago (years, in fact). Dark Places is on my kindle so that isn't really either one =)

3. What books have you read and re-read several times?
I actually am not a repeat reader. Sorry to disappoint. The closest I have come is I have read some Harry Potter books twice.

4. What is the first book that made you fall in love with reading?
The Harry Potter series, yep, true story!

5. Who's your favorite author? Tell us so we can binge-read!
I am really digging Colleen Hoover!!! Hopeless and Losing Hope were some of my favorite books ever!
  1. I have such a hard time re-reading books too. And I can't get books from the library - I don't like being given a time limit on how long I can read a book for!!

  2. I'm in the middle of so many books lol. Alice in Wonderland Norton 3rd ed. (finished the actual stories but I'm reading essays) and Boardwalk Empire are the two I've read more recently, but I'm also partway through A Fractured Mind, Word War Z, and Cosmos.

Mostly, the bookstore, and honestly mostly secondhand lol. I like the library and have been trying to encourage myself to use it more (over 100 of the books on my to-read list are on a separate list I keep for ones that the library has available) so that I don't spend so much money on books, but honestly with school I find it hard to find time to read for fun, so the three weeks that they'll let me take a book out for usually doesn't cut it. So far I've just been checking out books for this book vs movie night we have (and so far haven't even managed to finish any of them before the movie night lol).

I'm not a big re-reader either. But I have actually read Fight Club and the Splinter Factory multiple times (the former in part due to the fact I've used it in school assignments more than once) and there are several others that I've at least re-read once. Currently I'm partway through a second read of On Combat.

I've loved to read since before I was in Kindergarten lol so I honestly don't remember.

Hmm it's hard to say. I have gone on spurts where I've read several books by an author for awhile, most recently David Baldacci, but I don't know if I can say that I have just one favorite.
